THERE WILL NOT BE A CONSIGNMENT HORSE SALE THIS YEAR. Auction manager will be selling between around 10 head of horses, ponies, and teams. Persons interested in the livestock may inspect the animals at any time on Friday, May 1nd. Teams and saddle horses will be driven or ridden in the rodeo arena at the fairgrounds on Friday and again early Saturday morning. All horses will have current Coggins papers. A veterinarian will be on call to obtain health papers. Some of the horses have been on a West Nile Program.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Announcements on sale day take precedence over any and all previously printed materials in regard to this sale. Sales manager reserves the right to substitute or delete consignments.

Terms of Sale:
Cash or personal check with proper identification (We cannot accept credit cards). Persons unknown to us must have irrevocable bank letter of credit. No items shall be removed until payment is received in full. Payment and removal at conclusion of auction is required. While descriptions are believed to be accurate, auctioneers and owners make no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, as to the genuineness, authenticity of, or defect in any lot and will not be held responsible for any advertising discrepancies or inaccuracies. Everything is sold "AS IS" and "WHERE IS". Likewise, we will not be responsible for advertised items that consignors fail to bring. Wyoming State law permits a charge DOUBLE THE AMOUNT of a check PLUS collection costs for any returned checks. WE WILL APPLY THIS LAW.

BUYERS/SELLERS BEWARE: We are acting as agents only; all sales and guarantees are between buyer and seller. We are not responsible in any way for merchandise. Sellers must represent their own merchandise. No Junk will be accepted. This is not your local dump site!

Commission/Deadline: Commission is 15% on all items up to $500 and 10% on all items over $500. In the event a consignor should exercise his option to "NO SALE" an item, a fee will be charged in the amount of 15% of items up to $500 and a flat $25 on items over $500.

ANYTHING sold on the premises during the entire duration of the sale will be subject to the commission fee.

Check in Time: All day Thursday, April 30, Friday, May 1st up to sale time; also up to sale time on Saturday, May 2rd. For special arrangements of earlier delivery of consignments call Morris Smith at 307.765.2957.

Consignors checks will be mailed within 10 banking days. Security guards will be on duty all day and night. There will be food concessions on premises

ATTENTION: in order to receive Tax Exempt Status, ALL BUYERS must provide us with a copy of your exemption certificate number (out of state buyers must provide copy of certificate or proof of business) and fill out a new State of Wyoming Exemption Form (unless we already have one on file).
